Where do the boxes ship from?

From Estonia, in the European Union. Tesseract boxes are made there by TSSTBOX OÜ, and your order ships from its warehouse in Estonia by tracked courier. It usually arrives within 10–14 days of your order, and duties and import fees are already paid.

Who ships your order

The seller is TSSTBOX OÜ of Tallinn, Estonia: the company that designs the boxes and makes them at its own production facilities. The box goes from the maker straight to your door.

How long it takes

Orders usually arrive within 10–14 days. When the box leaves Estonia, we email you the tracking link and the expected delivery date.

If we can’t deliver within that time, we email you a new date before that time runs out. You can accept it or cancel the order for a full refund.

Customs on the way

The box crosses a border, but you don’t deal with customs. We are the importer of record and pay the duties and import fees before the courier delivers it. The price at checkout is the whole price.

Where we deliver

To street addresses only; we don’t deliver to PO Boxes. The shipping page says where we deliver and what to do if the package arrives damaged.
