Do I pay duties or customs fees on delivery?

No. The price you pay at checkout already includes shipping from Estonia, US customs duties and import fees. Nothing is collected when the box arrives.

Why there’s nothing to pay at the door

We ship as the importer of record. That means we declare the box at customs and pay the duties and fees ourselves before it is handed to the courier for the last leg. The courier has no charge to collect from you.

This is different from many overseas shops, where the buyer gets a bill for duties and a brokerage fee on delivery. Those fees can add a noticeable amount to the price and often surprise people.

• Tracked shipping from Estonia to your door
• US customs duties and import fees

Sales tax is not collected. TSSTBOX OÜ is an Estonian company and doesn’t collect US state sales tax; depending on your state, you may owe use tax on purchases where the seller didn’t collect sales tax.

If the courier asks you to pay

Don’t pay. Take a photo of the notice and email it to [email protected] with your order number. We’ll deal with the courier.
