Do I pay duties or customs fees on delivery?

No. The price you pay at checkout already includes shipping from Estonia, Canadian customs duties and import fees. Nothing is collected when the box arrives.

Why there’s nothing to pay at the door

We ship as the importer of record. That means we declare the box at customs and pay the duties and fees ourselves before it is handed to the courier for the last leg. The courier has no charge to collect from you.

This is different from many overseas shops, where the buyer gets a bill for duties, taxes and a brokerage fee on delivery.

• Tracked shipping from Estonia to your door
• Canadian customs duties and import fees

GST, or HST in Ontario and the Atlantic provinces, is charged when your box is imported, and we pay it as part of the price. Provincial sales tax (PST or QST) is not collected at checkout.

If the courier asks you to pay

Don’t pay. Take a photo of the notice and email it to [email protected] with your order number. We’ll deal with the courier.
